We are proud to be a family owned and operated cheese company that produces some of the best Cheese in B.C. We also happen to be the largest independent cheese makers in B.C.
Just like in the 1960’s, fresh Canadian milk and bacterial cultures are used to make Scardillo Cheese. Essentially, our cheese making process remains the same as it was in the 1960’s, although some changes have been made over the years.
Scardillo Cheese promotes the “100 mile diet” in Metro Vancouver to help support the local producers of food in British Columbia.
